* In Inch mode, you can run a complete stroke without causing an Interrupted Stroke. Interrupted stroke is caused
only when you release your hands from the run/inch buttons in the middle of the stroke. If you inch the entire
stroke without releasing your hands, no Interrupted Stroke is caused.

Operator Mode Settings on Press Control Option Switch Screen

In the Press Control Option Switch screen, Figure 4 - 33, you can also set specific operator mode
settings, including Dual Operators, Automatic Single Stroke, Inch Setup Mode, and Two Hand
Only.
Dual Operators
Set "Dual Operators" when you have two or more operator stations wired to WPC. See
Chapter 2 for installation of dual operator stations.
1. In the Press Control Option Switch screen, Figure 4 - 33, highlight the entry next to
"Dual Operators." Press ENTER to toggle to the appropriate choice, explained below.
• "Screen Mode": This choice lets you enable station A, B, or Both by using
SmartPAC's LCD display in Run mode.
• "Remote Switch." If you have wired a three-position switch to WPC, choose
"Remote Switch." This means that an external switch (for instance, Wintriss part no.
4256601) can be used to switch from one station to another or both.
• "Not Used." This choice disables the "Dual Operators" option. SmartPAC should be
set in this way if only one operator station is wired to WPC.
2.
Use the "down" cursor key to highlight the next selection, "Automatic S.S.," or press
RESET to exit.
