1.4 Management and switching unit (MSU)

The following figures show the external appearance of the management and
switching units.

NOTE
NOTE
The management and switching unit comes in two sizes: a standard
table size and an extended table size.
Standard table size: MSU-1A and MSU-1A1
Extended table size: MSU-1B and MSU-1B1
Do not install both types in a single Switch.
If you install both types, they will not operate properly.
Memory cannot be added or replaced. Do not remove, add, or replace
memory. If you do so, operation is not guaranteed.
