Solenoid valve
Tools required
Magnetic screwdriver
1.
Turn off the printer and remove the power cord.
2.
Remove the right-side panel as explained in the earlier topic, "Cabinet
panels and covers" on page 8-4.
3.
Disconnect the wiring harnesses leading to the solenoid valve from
I/O board 2.
4.
Disconnect the vacuum hoses leading to the solenoid valve.
5.
Remove the two screws securing the solenoid valve. Remove the
solenoid valve.

Reverse these steps to reinstall the solenoid valve. Route its wiring harness as
detailed in Appendix C "Wiring Diagrams."
