16. Remove the shoulder screw securing the left side of the drum/transfix
assembly to the print engine.
17. Remove the six rubber-tipped cover standoff support bolts that also
secure the left side of the drum assembly to the print engine.
Carefully remove the rubber tips of the supports before removing the
supports using the standoff support removal tool.
