Solenoids

Paper exit gate solenoid (EGSL) / Face gate solenoid (FGSL)
To remove either solenoid:
1. Disconnect the connector for the solenoid you want to remove.

Paper exit gate solenoid
2. Remove the screw securing the solenoid to the printer.
Cutter solenoid (CSL)
1. Disconnect the connector.
Bracket Screw
Cutter solenoid

2. Remove the screws (2) securing the solenoid mounting bracket to the
printer.
