4. Remove the screw securing the sensor to the bracket.
Nip switch (NPSW)
The nip switch is located closer to the rear panel than is paper exit sensor 0.
1. Remove the screws (not visible in the illustration below) securing the
switch bracket to the scuff guide from the paper output side.

2. Insert your hand from the top of the rear panel, and remove the switch
bracket with the switch attached.
3. Disconnect the connector from the switch.
4. Remove the screws (2) securing the switch to the bracket.
Paper exit sensor 1 (EPS1)
Paper exit sensor 1 is located on the paper guide under the paper output
roller at the output to the face-up paper output tray.
1. Disconnect the connector from the sensor.
