• Set the data format to ASCII in your application.
My printer does not respond properly to my PC using a serial
connection.
• Make sure all cables are connected and seated properly.

• Make sure the correct Adobe PostScript printer driver and
your printer's PPD are installed and configured properly.

• Make sure the parallel port is enabled on the printer. See

• Make sure the previous job has been cleared from the
printer by sending an end-of-job marker using the D.PS
