D Preparation
Set the scan resume condton (p. 89); program the scan
edges (pgs. 85–87); program 2 or more memory channels
(pgs. 74–76); set skp settngs (p. 88), f desred.
D Scanning from the application
q Select VFO mode for programmed scan; or memory mode
for memory/mode select scan wth [V/M].
• Select a memory channel whch the desred operatng mode s
programmed.
w Clck [SCAN].
e Select the desred scan type.
• After the selecton, the selected scan starts.

r To cancel the scan, clck [SCAN] agan then select "OFF."

q Select VFO when programmed scan; or select memory
mode when memory/select mode scan wth [V/M].

w Push [SCAN•8] momentarly to start programmed or mem-
ory scan; push [SCAN•8] for 0.5 sec. to start select mode

• Decmal pont, ".", blnks durng programmed scan; "M" ndca-
tor blnks durng memory/select mode scan.

e To cancel the scan, push [SCAN•8] momentarly.
