• After the selecton, push [PWR] momentarly to ext set mode.
t Push [TONE• •5] once or twce to turn the tone squelch
functon ON.

y When a sgnal wth matched tone s receved, the squelch
opens and emts receved sgnal.
• When the receved sgnal ncludes an unmatched tone, the
squelch does not open. However, the S/RF ndcator shows the
receved sgnal strength.
u Push [PTT] to answer.
