Clck to turn the message screen ndcaton ON and OFF.
!2 SQUELCH CONTROL [SQL]
Left clck to decrease; rght clck to ncrease the squelch
level.
!3 SKIP BUTTON [SKIP]
Durng memory mode, clck to turn the skp settng for the
selected memory channel ON and OFF.
!4 MONITOR BUTTON [MONI]
Clck to turn the montor functon ON and OFF.
Whle the functon ON, any squelches, such as tone
squelch, are released and emts audo.
!5 SET MODE BUTTON [SET]
Clck to dsplay and hde the Set mode screen.
!6 OPERATING MODE BUTTON [MODE]
Clck to select the operatng mode from FM, dgtal voce
(DV) and data (DD).
!7 CALL CHANNEL BUTTON [CALL]
Clck to select a call channel (1–3).
!8 VFO/MEMORY MODE BUTTON [V/M]
Clck to swtch between VFO and memory mode.
!9 TUNING DIAL [DIAL]
Left clck to decrease; rght clck to ncrease the operatng
frequency or memory channel.

Clck to dsplay the tunng step lst.
After the tunng step selecton, the lst dsappears.
@1 1 MHz TUNING BUTTON [MHz]
Clck to turn the 1 MHz tunng ON and OFF.
Whle the 1 MHz tunng s selected, "Z" con appears.
@2 POWER BUTTON [POWER]
Clck to turn the transcever power ON and OFF.
Even the transcever power s turned OFF, the control ap-
plcaton s stll runnng.
NOTE: While reading the transceiver's memory data
Whle readng the transcever's memory data the "
n the tool bar wll change from Black to Red arrows.
It s not recommended to save data or ntalze the trans-
cever whle the program s downloadng the memory channel
data. If transcever ntalzaton or save data buttons are acc-
dentally pushed, the dalog box shown below wll appear.
It s recommended to clck the cancel button to allow the task
of readng the transcever to be completed. Then try the n-
talzaton or savng data. Completon of the download s nd-
cated when the arrows change from Red to Black.
