MEMORY/CALL OPERATION
■ General description
The transcever has 105 memory channels ncludng 2 scan
edge memory channels (1 par), and 3 call channels. Each
of these channels can be ndvdually programmed wth
operatng frequency (pgs. 35, 36), operatng mode (p. 38),
repeater mode (pgs. 57, 58, 61–63), offset frequency (p. 60),
subaudble tone encoder or tone squelch and ts tone
frequency (p. 59), Dgtal squelch and ts staton call sgn
(pgs. 92–99), repeater call sgns (RPT1 and RPT2; pgs. 61–
63), skp nformaton* (p. 88) and memory names (pgs 80–82).
■ Memory channel selection

q Clck [V/M] to select memory mode.
• "MEMO" appears.

• Dial selection
w Left clck or rght clck on [DIAL] to ncrease or decrease
the memory channel number.
• The programmed memores can only be selected.
• Direct channel number input
w Clck on [F.INP] to dsplay keypad screen.
e Clck the approprate numeral keys to select the desred
memory channel.
• When selectng a channel 00 to 09, clck [0] first then clck [0]–
[9], or clck [0]–[9] then clck [ENT].
• PC keyboard can also be used for the drect channel selecton.
• Selecting from Memory Channel screen
w Dsplay the Memory channel screen.
- Select "Edt Memory Channel(M)..." n Vew menu.
- Clck " " n tool bar.
- Press [F6] key on the PC keyboard.
e Double clck, or rght clck the desred channel's "Select"
cell, then select "+ : Move to ths CH" to select the desred
memory channel.
• Clck the desred memory channel's "Select" cell, then press
[Enter] whle pressng [Ctrl] key on the PC keyboard.
Double click the desired
channel's "Select" cell.
Select "+ : Move this CH."
