POCKET BEEP AND TONE/DIGITAL SQUELCH
• Using the digital code squelch— in Digital voice mode
w Dsplays the Set Mode screen.
e Double clck the "Dgtal Code" cell, then enter the desred
code number wthn 00 to 99.
r Clck [DSQL] several tmes untl "CBEEP" appears to turn
the pocket beep functon ON.
t When a sgnal wth matched dgtal code s receved;
- The transcever emts beep tones.
- Shows "CBEEP" and "
y Push [PTT] to answer.
• The pocket beep functon s cancelled and the dgtal code
squelch operaton s selected automatcally.
• "CSQL" ndcaton appears nstead of "CBEEP."
• When the called staton call sgn s not selected n "YOUR" (n
Select Call Sgn screen), clck [CD] to dsplay Receved Call Re-
cord screen, select the call then clck [Select] to set the call sgn
before pushng [PTT].
