SysLog Configuration

System Log is useful to provide the system administrator locally or remotely RocketLinx ES7506 events history. There are two
System Log modes provided by the RocketLinx ES7506, local mode and remote mode.

When enabling Local or Both modes, you can monitor the system logs in the Monitor and Diag /Event Log page.
SysLog Configuration
The PoE port is not powering.
Click Apply to apply the settings.
Note: You must Save the settings (Page 104), if you want to
maintain these settings if the RocketLinx ES7506 is
powered off.
The RocketLinx ES7506 prints the events that have been selected in the
Event Selection page to the System Log table of the RocketLinx ES7506.
You can monitor the system logs in the Monitor and Diag /Event Log page.
You should assign the IP address of the System Log server. The RocketLinx
ES7506 sends the events that occurred in the selected in Event Selection page
to System Log server you assigned.
Above two modes can be enabled at the same time.
Click Apply to apply the settings.
Note: You must Save the settings (Page 104), if you want to maintain these
settings if the RocketLinx ES7506 is powered off.
