ethernet interface-number — Ethernet port number.

vlan vlan-id — VLAN number.

Disabled.

User Guidelines

Use the sntp Broadcast client enable Global configuration command to enable Broadcast clients
globally.
•
Use the sntp Anycast client enable Global configuration command to enable Anycast clients globally.
Examples
The following example enables the SNTP client on the interface.
Console (config)# sntp client enable
sntp client enable (Interface)
The sntp client enable Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel, VLAN) mode command
enables the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) client on an interface. This applies to both receive
Broadcast and Anycast updates. Use the no form of this command to disable the SNTP client.
