Syntax
• bridge multicast forward-all {add | remove} {ethernet interface-list | port-channel port-channel-
number-list}
• no bridge multicast forward-all
• add — Force forwarding all Multicast packets.
• remove — Do not force forwarding all Multicast packets.
• interface-list — Separate non-consecutive Ethernet ports with a comma and no spaces; a hyphen is
used to designate a range of ports.
• port-channel-number-list — Separate non-consecutive port-channels with a comma and no spaces;
a hyphen is used to designate a range of port-channels.
Default Configuration
This setting is disabled.
Command Mode
Interface Configuration (VLAN) mode.

Example
The following example forwards all Multicast packets on port 1/e8.
Console(config)# interface vlan 2
Console(config-if)# bridge multicast forward-all add
ethernet 1/e8

bridge multicast forbidden forward-all

The bridge multicast forbidden forward-all Interface Configuration (VLAN) mode command forbids
a port to be a forward-all-Multicast port. Use the no form of this command to restore the
default configuration.
