IMPORTANT: This section assumes the power supply AC power LED is green.
1. Open the PCI Hot Plug access doors.
2. Make sure the power ribbon cable is correctly aligned and completely
plugged in at the I/O board and the power backplane.
3. Check the Aux 5V LED.
4. If the Aux 5V LED is still not on, replace the power supply.
5. Recheck the Aux 5V LED.
6. If the Aux 5V LED is still not on, contact Compaq or your service
provider. The problem could be the backplane, a burned-out LED, or a
broken ribbon cable.
