With the bus/core ratio switches in the default position, the system ROM will
automatically detect the speed of processors installed on both processor buses.
The processors will automatically run at the speed of the slowest processor
installed in the server.
The default setting for the bus/core ratio switches is all switches OFF. Compaq
recommends that the bus/core ratio switches remain on the default setting to
allow the system ROM to automatically detect the correct speed.
