Buffers Outstanding Number of buffers currently on the connection
reordering queue
High Water Most buffers that have ever been on the connection
reordering queue
Buffers discarded Number of buffers that were discarded because
keeping them would have exceeded the connection maximum
TCP PAWS is [enabled/disabled] Status of the TCP PAWS option; enabled
indicates that PAWS is functioning normally (default mode) for TCP segments;
disabled indicates that PAWS is disabled for TCP segments
