Priority IS-IS priority that the respective neighbor is advertising. The
highest-priority neighbor becomes the designated IS-IS router for the
interface.
Circuit Id Neighbor's idea of what the designated IS-IS router is for the
interface
Add the detail keyword to display area addresses and IP addresses.
