Dataflow

Use the Dataflow page to configure or modify details about the data flow properties used for the
Ultrasound system. Set up dataflows for the services.
A dataflow is a set of pre-configured services. When you select a dataflow, the Ultrasound system
automatically works according to the services associated with the dataflow. Dataflow allows you to
select and review information about dataflows. You can also create, change and remove dataflows.
NOTE:
Must be logged on as Administrator to use the Dataflow tab.
Table 3-35 To Configure a Dataflow
1.
Navigate to Connectivity > Connection Manager > Dataflow.
2.
Select Add New Dataflow.
3.
In Name, enter a name for the dataflow.
4.
If you want an image generated by a print button to immediately be sent to the dataflow's attached services rather than waiting until the exam
is ended for all images, enable Direct Store.
NOTE: If you plan to generate long cine loops, Direct Store is NOT recommended (either on the dataflow or via a Print button directly), because
system response may be slow.
5.
If you do not want this dataflow to appear as a Dataflow on the Patient menu, enable Hidden.
6.
Notice the list of available services to the left of the << and >> buttons. Select each DICOM service you want to attach to your dataflow and
press >>. This makes it appear in the list on the right, indicating that the service is now assigned to the dataflow.
NOTE: You cannot remove "Local Archive – Int HD" from the dataflow. This guarantees that images will be saved on the local Hard Disk Drive
of the LOGIQ E10/LOGIQ E11/LOGIQ E20 and not just transmitted to the service.
7.
Select Add.
