Installing the Purifiers
The gas purifiers are located at the rear of the 5920 Analyzer above the sample
inlet valve and on the side (Figure 4-10). They are held in place with 1/4-inch
VCR nuts.

Read the Gas Compatibility Warning in the "Special Warnings and
Information" section at the beginning of this manual for more infor-
mation.
Both gas purifiers must be the same part number for the respective
inert/H
and oxygen service. Do not mix purifier types.
