Mass Flow Meter

The Mass Flow Meter (MFM) (AMETEK Part No. 271189001) is attached to the
lower section of the MFM mounting bracket. See Figures 4-1 and 4-2.
To remove the Mass Flow Meter from the 5920 Analyzer:
1. After power has been disconnected, remove the top cover and sample
