Replacing the MCU Board
The MCU board (AMETEK Part No. 592130901) is located below the Analog
Interface board. Use Figure 4-11 to locate the MCU board.
To remove the MCU board:
1. Remove the Motor Drive board as described in the section "Removing the

Module next to the Stepper Motor. Use Figure 4-11 to locate the fan.
To remove the fan:
1. After locating the fan, use the 1/4-inch nut driver to remove the two (2)

To replace the fan:
1. Remount the new fan using the nut driver and securing the brackets and
