4-4 | 5920 UHP Moisture Analyzer
Make sure that power has been disconnected from the analyzer before
attempting to remove or replace any of the parts.
All tubing, fittings, and components have been factory checked for
leakage. The sample system was pressurized to 90 PSI with Helium and
the maximum Helium concentration detected was less than 6 PPM by
volume. Any maintenance that loosens sample system connections
must be rechecked to ensure that no dangerous gases can escape into
the sample oven.
