Replacing the Stepper Motor Power Supply Board

The Stepper Motor Power Supply board (AMETEK Part No. 271135001) is
located above the Power Supply board. Use Figure 4-11 to locate the Stepper
Motor Power Supply.
To remove the Stepper Motor Power Supply board:
1. Locate the Stepper Motor Power Supply board. Use a screwdriver to
2. Unplug the P-1 connector from the board.
To replace the Stepper Motor Power Supply board:
1. Position the Stepper Motor Power Supply on the four (4) standoffs and at-
2. Plug connector P-1 back into the Stepper Motor Power Supply board.

remove the four (4) screws holding the board to the standoffs.
If you need to replace the Power Supply board, use a hex wrench to
remove the four (4) standoffs and lift off the Power Supply board.
tach the four (4) screws you removed earlier.
If you need to replace the Power Supply board, replace it on the
mounting stud and reattach the four (4) standoffs using the hex
wrench.
