OPC cable misadjusted.
Bail lever not properly calibrated.

Reel motor controller faulty.
Reel motor faulty.
Reel motor faulty.
Bedknife-to-reel contact too tight.
Speed paddle not properly calibrated.
Bail lever not properly calibrated.
Remedy
Check system charge. (See "Battery Pack

Engage mow switch.
Connect reel motor harness connector.

Connect reel motor harness at controller.
