4. Open the front panel of the analyzer.
a. The front panel contains a retractable handle; press on the right side to protract the
handle.
b. Grasp the handle and lift upward to open the front panel.
5. The cover of the sample cell compartment is held in place by three captive, thumb screws.
Turn each screw counterclockwise and remove the cover.
6. Remove the foam block supporting the rotation arm. The rotation arm should be elevated
and out of the way of the sample cell holder location.
