Anode yoke

The anode yoke (also known as the lamp anode stand) sits just in front of the lamp reflector. It is
mounted to the baseplate of the projector and is used to support the anode end of the lamp.
Warning! If not avoided, the following could result in death or serious injury.
• This procedure must be performed by Christie qualified technicians.
• SHOCK HAZARD! Disconnect the product from AC before installing, moving, servicing, cleaning,
removing components, or opening any enclosure.
• EXPLOSION HAZARD! Always wear manufacturer approved protective safety clothing (gloves,
jacket, face shield) whenever the lamp door is open or when handling the lamp. Any local or
federal specifications take precedence over Christie's protective clothing recommendations.
1. Open the lamp door (on page 53).
2. Remove the lamp (on page 74).
3. Remove the two screws securing the anode yoke to the baseplate.
4. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.
5. Perform LampLOC

Ceramic plate on the douser blade

The 3 inch x 3 inch ceramic plate is located in the lamp compartment and mounted to the douser
blade. It absorbs heat from the light emitted by the lamp.
