Replacing The Anode Yoke - Christie Roadie 4K35 Service Manual

Estimated replacement time: 8 minutes + 10 minute boresight alignment
1. Adjust the offset to center the lens mount vertically and horizontally.
2. Remove the front top lid (on page 40).
3. Remove the light engine cover (on page 41).
4. Remove the lens (on page 79).
5. Disconnect the communication and motor harnesses.
6. Remove the two boresight alignment screws from the lens mount.
To remove the boresight screw in the top left corner you must remove the nut assembly on
the other side of the front faceplate.
7. Remove the main focus screw.
8. Remove the lens mount assembly.
9. To complete the installation, repeat these steps in reverse order.
10. Perform vertical (on page 23) and horizontal (on page 22) boresight alignments.

Replacing the anode yoke

Estimated replacement time: 7 minutes + 10 minute calibration
1. Remove the lamp, if installed (on page 60).
2. Remove the two screws and lock washers from the yoke base.
