AC line filter

The AC line filter is located at the front of the projector directly under the illumination optics system
(IOS) and is accessible from the bottom of the projector.
1. Remove the screws securing the cover plate to the bottom of the projector.
2. Disconnect the four harnesses from the AC line filter.
3. Remove the two screws securing the AC line filter to the baseplate.
4. Replace the AC line filter, if required.
5. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.

AC relay

The AC relay is mounted next to the standby power supply.
1. Turn off the lamp and cool the projector for at least 15 minutes.
2. Turn off the projector and disconnect it from AC power.
3. Remove the LVPS/LPS cover (on page 53).
4. Remove the white plastic cover over the AC relay.
Pinch the sides of the cover slightly to release the top and bottom tabs and pull out to remove.
5. Disconnect the incoming AC (terminals 4 and 8—brown) from the AC relay.
6. Disconnect the outgoing AC (terminals 2 and 6—blue) from the AC relay.
7. Disconnect the DC from the AC relay (terminals 0 and 1).
8. Remove two screws securing the AC relay to the low voltage power supply (LVPS) mounting
wall.
9. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.
