GNSS Status Information
GNSS Status Information displays a snapshot of the current GNSS
status information.
1. Press
.
View Status
2. View data including:
◄Baud Rate – the current status of the GNSS
◄Baud Rate Status – the rate at which information is
transferred/ communicated.
NOTE: a minimal baud rate maybe required for some
software version to work at their peak performance.
◄GGA/VTG Data Rates – the number of GNSS positions per
second.
◄Number of Satellites – the number of GNSS satellites in view
(minimum of 4 are required for DGPS)
◄HDOP – a measure of satellite geometry strength in the
horizontal plane. A HDOP value of less than 2 is preferred.
◄PRN – the current DGPS satellite ID
◄GGA Quality – the current quality indicator of the GNSS signal
(see GGA Requirements chart)
◄Receiver – the current indicator of the receiver
◄Receiver Version – the software version installed on the
receiver
◄UTM Zone – zone where currently located (see "UTM
Coordinates and Zones" in this manual)
◄Model – the correction models available to be used with the
current receiver configuration
to return to the GNSS Receiver Configuration screen.
3. Press
OK
NOTE: If GNSS is not available, all entries will be "Invalid".

GNSS Status Information on Guidance Screens
GNSS Status displays information regarding current GNSS status,
including data rates, number of satellites in view, HDOP and PRN
status, receiver and version, satellite quality and ID, and UTM zone.
