Droplet Size Monitor

When the system includes a Pressure Sensor Interface Kit (PSIK),
or a Dual Control Module with Product Control Application Type set
to "Liquid" and the Primary Sensor or a Monitor set to "Pressure",
Droplet Size Monitor can be enabled/disabled. The DSM then
becomes available on the operation screens.
