Changing settings in the menus

1 Make certain that READY is displayed and the On Line control light is
lit.
2 Press the [ON LINE] key.
The display shows OFF-LINE. The On Line control light goes off.
Press the [MENU] key until the desired menu appears.

Press the [SCROLL] key until the desired menu appears.
? How do you get back to Menu mode?
➜ Press the [MENU] key.
5 Press the [SELECT] key until the desired setting is displayed.

How do you get back to Scroll mode?
➜ Press the [SCROLL] key.
? How do you get back to Menu mode?
➜ Press the [MENU] key.
6 Press the [CONFIRM] key to save a setting.
An asterisk (*) is displayed on the right next to the selection.
7 Press the [ON LINE] key to return to the printer's On Line mode.
The READY LCD display is on. The On Line control light is lit.
and back to On Line mode
If no selection is made or no key is pressed within 30 seconds, the
printer automatically switches pack to On Line mode.
