Check whether the connector of
the 5-bin mailbox is seated
correctly in the connection
socket of the printer and that
there are no jams or kinks in the
cable.
There's a trick to removing the connector!
The 5-bin mail box connector is equipped with a locking tab. First
loosen the locking tab and then pull the connector out of the socket.
