Selecting a Paper size

Use "Paper size" to specify the format of the printed page. The various
Paper sizes supported by your printer are displayed in the dropdown list.
The following formats have a fixed definition in the dropdown list:
Paper
A4
A3
A5
B4-JIS
B5-JIS
Letter
Legal
Ledger
Executive
You can add additional Paper sizes that you design yourself to this list,
see page 4-6.
