Display language
specifies the language that will be used in
the display.
Default values
sets all settings that have been modified,
other that the total number of copies printed
and the large format print counter, back to
their default values.
Format HDD
allows you to format an optionally installed
hard drive.
If you press the [CONFIRM] key, the
message FORMAT OK? appears in the
display. Press the [CONFIRM] key to start
the formatting process. When formatting is
complete, the printer automatically
performs a Restart and returns to "Ready"
status.
This menu item is only displayed if an
optional hard disk drive is installed.
Transfer life
indicates the amount of usage still available
from the image transfer roller.
The counting proceeds backwards. The
setting "100% remaining" eliminates the
counting function. If the image transfer roller
has reached the end of its expected lifetime,
the message MAINTENANCE REQUIRED
appears.
When the image transfer roller is changed,
the counter must be reset.
* Menu items are only displayed if the optional unit is installed.
