Monitoring print jobs with the status display
You can only bring up the status display if your printer is connected to your
computer locally.
The status display of your printer provides you with useful information on
the current status of the printer.

Description
Current operating messages of the printer are displayed in this
area.
If there is an error situation, a description of how to correct the
error situation will be displayed in this area.
Warning messages are displayed in this area, for example low
toner.
The location where the problem occurred is displayed in the
printer graphic.
The user name and the number of the page just printed in the
current print job are displayed in this area.
