Setting up Tray 2

The tray has a capacity of 500 sheets of plain paper.
Processed formats
• A4
• Legal
• Letter
• Executive
Note the following points:
G Load A4, letter and executive format paper into the tray lengthwise;
G Load legal format paper into the tray horizontally.
G Note the important points on loading paper, see page 6-1.
Remove the tray.

Press the paper lifting plate down

until it locks in place.
Loosen the fastening screws of the

paper guides with a Phillips screw
driver.
4 Move the paper guides to the marks
of the desired Paper size.
