Install the duplex kit
The duplex kit consists of:
G
A manual feed unit and
G
A duplex unit.
First install the manual feed unit and then the duplex unit.
Preparing for the installation of the duplex kit

Take the parts of the unit out of the carton and remove the protective
plastic sleeve.
Remove the packaging materials and adhesive strips.

Turn the printer OFF and remove the power plug and the interface plug
from the printer.
Installing the manual feed unit
When the preparations for the installation are complete, you can proceed
with the installation of the manual feed unit.
Unscrew the screw on the cover on

the rear right corner of the printer
and take off the cover.

Unscrew the two screws on the side
cover and remove the side cover.
