Insert the memory module into the
"SIMM connection slot 3 at a 45±
angle. " Press down carefully until it
snaps into place.
Additional memory modules can be
installed into connection slots 4
and 5.

Replace the metal plate and fasten
it in place with the seven screws.

Replace the upper cover of the
printer.

Print out the printer's configuration page, see page 2-21.
The new total amount of RAM memory is correctly displayed.

Would you like to remove a memory module?
To remove a module, press the metal tabs on both sides of the
connection slot outward. This will release the module and allow you to
remove it.
