Install mailbox
Install a 5-bin mailbox or a 10-bin mailbox.

In the "Installable Options" list, mark the 5-bin mailbox or the 10-bin
mailbox.
The [ADD] and [REMOVE] buttons are enabled.

Click on the [ADD] button.
The "Mailbox Setting" dialog box is displayed.

From the dropdown list, select which bins should be enabled for
output.

Modify the descriptions of the mailbox bins as necessary,
see page 4-25.
Click on [OK] to confirm your entries.

The dialog box closes. The mailbox is displayed in the "Installed
Options" list. The [MAILBOX SETTING...] button is enabled.
Chaos on the network!
If the printer is being run on a network, all users should use the same
mailbox settings.
