Installing optional accessories
Specifying the mailbox settings
After the installation of the 10-bin mailbox, specify the mailbox settings.

Make certain that READY is displayed and the On Line control light is
lit.
Press the [ON LINE] key.

The display shows OFF-LINE. The On Line control light goes off.

Press the [MENU] key until the SYSTEM MENU is displayed.

Press the [SCROLL] key until MAILBOX SETTINGS is displayed.
Press the [SELECT] key until the desired mailbox or mailbox

combination that you wish to use for printer output is displayed.

Press the [CONFIRM] key to save your setting.
An asterisk (*) is displayed on the right next to the selection.

Press the [ON LINE] key to return to the printer's On Line mode.
The display indicates READY. The On Line control light is lit.
and back to On Line mode
If no selection is made or no key is pressed within 30 seconds, the
printer automatically switches pack to On Line mode.
