Correct the positioning of the 10-bin mailbox
If there are frequent paper jams in the area of the 10-bin mailbox, this
indicates that the position of the mailbox in respect to the printer is
incorrect. The mailbox must be parallel to the printer and at the same
height as the printer.
Correcting the position of the 10-bin mailbox
Turn the printer OFF and unplug the

power cord.
Remove the covers from both feed

of the 10-bin mailbox.
Loosen the wing screws on both

feed.
Correct the position of the 10-bin

mailbox in respect to the printer by
adjusting the rotating buttons on
both feet.

Turn in counterclockwise
direction to move the 10-bin
mailbox towards the printer
or
❍
turn in clockwise direction to
move the 10-bin mailbox away
from the printer.
