Identifying mailbox bins individually

In the "Installed Options" list, mark the 5-bin mailbox or the 10-bin
mailbox.
Click on the [MAILBOX SETTING ...].

The "Mailbox Setting" dialog box is displayed.

From the dropdown list, select which bins should be enabled for
output.

For example, mark the bin description of Bin 2: Mailbin2.

Enter the description you would like.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 as necessary for additional mailbox bins.

Click on [OK] to confirm your entries.

The dialog box closes.
Chaos on the network!
If the printer is being run on a network, all users should use the same
mailbox settings.
Different bin numbering!
The 5-bin mailbox numbers the bins from lower to upper, whereas the
10-bin mailbox numbers them from upper to lower. Bin 1 is for free
access.
