Creating a distribution list (Multicast)
Create a distribution list to output documents to multiple mailbox bins.

Click on the [EDIT MULTICAST...] button.
The "Edit Multicast" dialog box appears.

Click on the [ADD] button.
The entry boxes are enabled.

Enter a new name for the distribution list.
Select the bins from the list of mail box bins to which you would like to

output your documents.

Click on the [OK] button to confirm your entries.
The dialog box disappears.

Select the newly created distribution list from the "Multicast" list.

Click on the [OK] button to confirm your entries.
The dialog box disappears.
