Adjustment cylinder does not move.

COMPLAINT: SEAT MOVES TO TOP-MOST POSITION AND IS NOT SPRUNG
Air connections not installed according to
diagram.
COMPLAINT: BLOWS OFF CONTINUOUSLY AND IS PERMANENTLY IN TOP POSITION
Air connections not installed according to
diagram.
Kinks in air pipe.

COMPLAINT: SEAT FUNCTIONS BUT CANNOT MOVE DOWN
Possible cause
Remedy
During upward operation of the height control
valve, check whether the pipe (16) blows off
and during downward operation, whether the
pipe (16, 17) blows off.
If so, replace the adjustment cylinder.
Detach air pipes (9) and (11) from valve (D).
Check whether air is blown off during
operation. If not, check whether the control
button is controlling the valve.
Replace the valve or control button
(depending on the fault).
Disconnect air pipes (5) and (6) and operate
height control up and down.
If air escapes from the pipes (5) and (6),
replace the valve (C).
Remedy
Correct the incorrect connection(s).

Correct the incorrect connection(s).
Remedy
Check the air pipes for kinks.
