Installing two-way valve of cab tilting pump
Notes:
- When the two-way valve is installed, make
sure the holes are correctly positioned
relative to the connections.
- When the two-way valve has been installed,
the pressure limiting valve must be
checked/adjusted. See "Inspection and
adjustment.
1. Fit the new O-ring and the Teflon ring in the
pump housing.
2. Fit the new inlet ball.
3. Lightly oil the new two-way valve. Fit the
new two-way valve and the sealing plug in
the housing. Make sure the holes in the
two-way valve and the connections in the
housing are well positioned.
4. Fit a new O-ring in the steel ring. Fit the
steel ring on the two-way valve and tap the
new notched pin into the two-way valve.
