We can now dump the line config status from PMDEBUG for RT 1. This is
ERCS0 0 which is the same SLC on which we have been working. This can be
verified by matching the node number of 235. We see that the SMS is reporting
that line 0 on the A shelf is equipped and line 1 on the A shelf is unequipped.
This agrees with what the CM shows when posting the line.
