Use this procedure to remove from service C-side links between an

XMS–based peripheral module (XPM) and the network. Use this procedure

for both junctored networks (JNET) and enhanced networks (ENET).

This procedure assumes that the user posted the peripheral module (PM) and

the PM is available for query. Instructions in the main procedure direct the

user to post the PM again after the user completes this common procedure.
