information should be in timeslot (chnl) 0 and that line 1 signaling information
should be in chnl 2 location. Reference Table 1). Both lines are reporting
onhook, which is expected for an IDLE equipped line. Note: Be very careful
here in that the port number entered ranges from 0 to 19 and is entered as a
HEX value (port 19 would be entered as 13).
